ive read the link. yes, science is limited. there are things that science can't explain. but as the time goes by, the gaps are getting smaller. also compare science to faith. :D
the point is that science undergo to a process (critical thinking, experiments, etc.) before ending up with conclusions. unlike faith, well you know what faith is. hehe
